いまの光が丘の 
   暮らしを紐解く！

～それぞれの地域のみんなが全員参加型のアーキテクチャ・マインドをもって、いまの地域の暮らしを紐解きながら、もっともっと住みよい街×ひとづくり。いまの光が丘地域をモデルとして、地域コミュニティ誌×WEBサイトの在り方を問いながら試行をつづけて、それぞれの地域と地域をつなげる一つの方法となることを模索するもので、この方法で地域と地域とがつながってより大きな面となって広域の面展開へとつながるもの。
 
—With a spirit of full participation, people from every neighborhood are encouraged to explore what makes their local life unique and to reimagine their town and the people in it to make them even better places to live. Using Hikarigaoka as a model, we’re constantly experimenting with the role of community magazines and websites, searching for ways to connect communities with each other. Our goal is to find approaches that link neighborhoods, allowing these connections to grow and expand across wider areas.
 
「Amigo×Societa」は“新しい公共”として、地域に埋もれた情報・知恵を、地域のみんなが誌面とＷＥＢサイトでの双方向「one to one」メディア基盤を通じて、公益性を担保しつつ主体的につなげることができるような仕掛け・仕組みを段階的に構築していきます。そして、一人ひとりからみんなの地域力まで昇華していくことを促して地域の活性化（地域の基に学校～行政～企業の持つ力が成長するとともに発揮される状態）の持続・循環性を促進・維持することにより、地域のイノベーションをいつも繰返し推進できるよう地域社会の形成を支援していきます。また、“未来の大人たち、即ち現在の子供たち”の為に Society5.0 が目指すところの社会モデルに向かって、現状あらゆる局面でのクローズド・ループから抜け出して、みんながオープンマインドでつながることで、学び方改革・働き方改革～生き方改革「地域クラブライフ」を推進し、常にみんなで一緒にアジャイルフレームワークを展開することで、地域社会が自然と組織的に成長し、地域のみんなが地域を愛して幸福感を感じられることを目指します。
 
“Amigo×Societa” aims to be a new kind of public platform—one that uncovers and shares local information and wisdom, empowering everyone through a two-way “one to one” media network across print and web. By gradually building this system, we hope to inspire individuals and the whole community to grow stronger together, keeping the community vibrant and resilient as schools, local government, and businesses join forces. This will help spark ongoing innovation in the region. Looking ahead to Society 5.0, we want to break out of closed loops and encourage open-minded connections for the next generation—today’s children, tomorrow’s leaders. By working together to reshape how we learn, work, and live—what we call “community club life”—and using agile frameworks, our communities can grow naturally and collaboratively, so everyone can feel a sense of belonging, happiness, and pride in their neighborhood.
